Pre-launch draft. TerraDays is not yet generally available. This document states our intended position and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

What we hold

TerraDays stores the travel history you enter: the countries you were in and the dates you arrived and left, together with the account details needed to sign you in. We do not collect location data from your device, and the product is fully usable with location services switched off.

What we do not do

We do not sell your travel history. It is not a data product, it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and it does not become one later.

Access and isolation

Your records live in a private workspace. Access is enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another account’s data. Signing in uses one-time codes rather than stored passwords.

Your control

  • Export. You can export your full travel history at any time.
  • Deletion. You can delete your account, and your travel history is removed with it.
  • Correction. Every trip you have entered can be edited or removed.

Processors

We use third-party infrastructure to run the service, including hosting, database and transactional email providers. They process data on our instructions in order to deliver the service. A current list will be published here before launch.
