What TerraDays is

TerraDays is a record-keeping tool. You enter your travel history, and the service calculates how many days that history places you in each country over whatever reporting period you choose.

What TerraDays is not

Presence calculations are provided for record-keeping and informational purposes and do not constitute tax, immigration or legal advice. Tax residency can depend on factors well beyond physical presence, and the rules differ by jurisdiction. Any threshold you set in the product is a target you have configured yourself — it is never a statutory determination, and reaching or avoiding it carries no legal meaning on its own.

Decisions with tax, immigration or legal consequences should be taken with a qualified professional who has reviewed your circumstances.

Accuracy of your records

The calculations are only as accurate as the travel history you provide. You are responsible for the trips you enter and for reviewing the gaps and overlaps the product surfaces. We show you our arithmetic precisely so that it can be checked.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.
• You may export your data or close your account at any time.
• We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own export if a copy matters to you.
